When will my order arrive?
Once dispatched, orders to the USA, Canada and the EU usually arrive in about 10 working days or less. Your total arrival date is the making time shown on the product page plus this transit time. You will receive a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves Dublin.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship from Ireland to the USA, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and the rest of the world. Destinations outside our listed regions are sent by UPS, with fees starting from US$30. Your exact rate is always confirmed at checkout.
Will I be charged customs or duties?
Orders within the EU are not subject to extra import charges. For other destinations, any customs duties or import taxes are set by your local authorities and may apply on delivery. These charges are outside our control, so we recommend checking your country's thresholds if you are unsure.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your piece is dispatched, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way. If you have any questions in transit, our team in Dublin is always happy to help.
What about made-to-order pieces?
Many of our designs are handcrafted especially for you after you order. The making time is clearly shown on each product page, and the delivery windows on this page begin once that piece is finished and dispatched. That way your arrival estimate is accurate and complete.
